I am a mom, registered nurse, and on a mission to making a positive impact in healthcare.At the age of 19 I began as a CNA and ER tech and slowly over the years I wore many hats — from a Labor and Delivery RN to roles like clinical instructor, unit educator, risk manager, and employee health RN.
Since working those jobs, I’ve realized the crucial need of private practice providers and firmly believe that these owners possess the ability to bring about changes not only for their patients but also for the communities that they serve. With this belief, I laughed my business Birch Revenue Management LLC, a company dedicated to helping private practices achieve long-term success by understanding how to run a business within the US Healthcare System.
